Adagioz & Harmonie offers a 14‑day return policy. You may request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your order. Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted.

Return eligibility

• Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received: unused, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging.

• A valid proof of purchase or order number is required for all returns.

• To begin a return, contact customer service at migueladagioz@gmail.com. Do not send returns without prior authorization. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.

Return address and label

• Returns must be shipped to the return address provided after authorization. Please do not ship items before receiving return instructions.

• If a return is approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided when applicable. If a prepaid label is provided, the return shipping cost will be covered by Adagioz & Harmonie. If no prepaid label is provided, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

• Inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately (within 5 days of delivery) at migueladagioz@gmail.com and include photos of the item and packaging.

• Once the issue is verified, instructions for return or replacement will be provided. If the error or damage is confirmed, return shipping will be covered and a full refund or replacement will be issued.

Non-returnable items and exceptions

• The following items are non‑returnable: opened or used personal care products (including perfumes and lotions), perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers), custom or personalized orders, hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids, gases), and items clearly marked as “final sale.”

• Sale items and gift cards are final and cannot be returned unless required by local law.

Exchanges

• To exchange an item, return the original item following the standard return process. After the return is approved, place a new order for the replacement item or request an exchange note when contacting customer service.

European Union (EU) customers — 14‑day statutory right

• If goods are shipped to an EU address, EU consumers retain the statutory right to cancel or return an order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, provided the item is returned unused, with tags and original packaging, and with proof of purchase. This EU right is separate from and does not reduce the 30‑day policy offered above.

Refunds and processing times

• When a return is received and inspected, an email notification will be sent to inform whether the refund has been approved.

• If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Banks or card issuers may require additional time to post the refund to the customer’s account.

• If more than 15 business days have passed since a refund was approved and the customer has not received it, please contact us at migueladagioz@gmail.com.

Return processing guidelines (practical notes)

• Please include the original packing slip or a clear note with your order number inside the return package.

• Package items securely; damaged returns due to improper packaging may be rejected or may reduce the refund amount.

• Partial refunds may be issued if returned items show signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
